Mostly, my works feature young men with captivating, yearning eyes, filled to the brim with emotions
and stories that they wish to accentuate to the viewers.
I believe they are all somewhat of an inner reflection of myself, that every person I create is a piece of me.

UngKonst 11 - Vernissage in Kristianstad

UngKonst (english translation: "Young Art") is a yearly exhibition, with the artists being chosen by a jury of people in the art industry.
I was happy to recieve the news that I, with my three wooden boys self portraits, was one of the six chosen!

The exhibition will be held at three different cities: Kristianstad, Helsingborg and Malmö. First stop is Kristianstad, and the vernissage was held Saturday the 15th October.




(eep, Salty Boy is hanging the wrong way! This is what it looked like when I came in. Luckily it was easily corrected, allthough he doesn't look too bad standing up either XD The most odd thing is that the night before I dreamt that something would be amiss about the hanging... @__o)

The exhibition will be held at the following locations:
Kulturhuset Barbacka, Kristianstad
15/10 – 27/10 2011

Dunkers Kulturhus, Helsingborg
3/11 – 17/11 2011

Galleriet, Malmö
26/11 – 17/12 2011
